The name's Angel... well no it's Alex, but my character I am using is Angel. Any who, as this is my forum, I want to put a notice of some guide lines we need to follow for our safety, as well as yours. To stop beating around the bush, here's the rules, and the consequences. The "Ancient Ones" or "Powers That Be" are the admins of the forum, and if it is necessary, any trials for future misunderstandings, fights, etc, will be taken up with them... and their word is law.
The standard status of the forum should include: respect to each member, respect to each non-member, truth, just, and credit to all accounts.
Fights will not be tolerated, if you have anger issues, talk to a staff member first, if it cannot be solved through that, take it off the forums for a few days, then come back when you feel you're ready. If fights continue, both parties will be suspended for a period of one month for the first actions. Future actions will be taken to court with the PTB.
Manipulators will not be tolerated, this means those who join just to start fights, post spam, promote sites or forums not suitable for all viewers, and those who just want to cause trouble on the forums. You will receive three warnings, and then upon council decision, we shall decide if you are worthy to remain or have your account suspended/deleted until further notice.
[/li][li]RPGs (Role Playing Games):[/i]
RPGs are online simulator games that can be multiple players, one on one, or even single players. Each RPG has a creator or author of the storyline, and depending on his/her choice can be performed in first person or third. The Story Zone major RPG sections like Los Angeles, Ancient Greece etc, will be performed in third person, no exceptions.
If you are unfamiliar with how to role play, seek help in the Cast & Auditions section to request a one on one audition with a staff member of the forums.
If you have been accepted, we will send a "Audition Accepted" PM and update the cast list.
The Audition section is not only for auditioning, but for practice as well to get used to the way we RP.
Actions should be posted as ::orbs to the Hyperion Hotel:: not *orbs to the Hyperion Hotel*.
Please refrain from posting in third person, then first (unless it is a thought that will be italicized), and then back to third. It gets confusing and can be considered rude.
When you exit one place and go to another, state at the end of the post in bold and italicized letters of the last sentence where it is you're going to (in character format of course), and then do the same except with the first sentence being the information in bold and italicized format of where you were.
If you get confused, seek help from a staff member.

Should someone else seek a character that would be one of your minor roles, you are to allow them to have a trial of that desired role, you may guide them in their one on one trial if they so desire, and if they are approved by staff, you must be willing to give that role(s) up. If you are giving up a role, you may sign up for another minor character (if you wish), after one week of giving up your previous minor role in order to give a fair chance to any further new comers.
Short posts will not be accepted. RPG posts must have at least two sentences, one to explain where you were/are going and to describe why you're at where you are now.
Do not double post, even if you have minor characters, you must wait for someone else to respond before you can post as another one of your characters.
Please stay to the forum story-lines, we will notify you if there are to be any modifications of the story-line. Do not post out of character, if you cannot perform the way your approved character(s) were in the series, you will be given three warnings, then your character(s) will be put up for audition.
Remember, some members may seem to RP even outside the main board area, and that's fine, but don't let it get to you personally, if they seem like they're attacking you, send them a PM to question it, or try to let it go. RPGs out of the main story zone area are good for practice and will be encouraged by staff.
Impersonators or hackers will not be tolerated, so do not join as a character, believing you will not be noticed, hacking into someone else's character profile will result in automatic suspension until further notice, same for impersonation. Impersonators can receive finds of 5000 US dollars or more and jail time.

All images, character names and places belong to the networks and directors of each show discussed on the forums, we claim no ownership of anything, just the fan ideas that we've created for the purpose of this forum.
If you attempt to steal our graphics, RPG ideas, or fan fics, we will take the necessary actions against you.
The same goes to any member here who attempts to acclaim ownership of any fan art, fan fics, original stories and poems of other authors. You must provide proper credit as the author/artist desires in your signatures or threads in which their work is shown.
You will be given three warnings, then a trial by the PTB to determine future member status.

Avatars are provided by forum staff members, but you may use your own. If you wish to contribute some of your custom avatars, we will add them for you and you will be acknowledged in the avatar update thread in the Hotline section of the forum.

Please keep them appropriate, and credited if they are not your own by providing the creator's chosen crediting style.
Signatures: 500x150 .jpg or .gif.
No more than one per member, credit if it is not yours. No more than 5 sentences or 3 avatars (100x100) to be added along with the banner.
